Are there requirements for guests to access the Sincerely Health program?

To access the new features, guests need to create both an individual grocery rewards account and HIPAA-secured Health account. You must also download The United Family app where you will be able to click into the Sincerely Health to access the Pharmacy or Health features of the program.  Download Shop United Supermarkets, Shop Market Street, Shop Amigos or Shop Albertsons Market apps from your app store.
