How do I create a personal Grocery Rewards and Health account?

If your rewards account is shared with other members of your household, you will need a rewards account in your name. 

1. 1. Option 1: 
      1. Open the app and select Health, then select sign up. 
      2. When prompted to confirm the account you are signed in is you, if the name and email is not yours select Not You. 
      3. On the next screen select create new grocery account and complete the sign-up form. Your new personal rewards account will automatically earn points and rewards with the account you have been using. 
   2. Option 2: 
      1. Create a personal rewards account in your name by selecting Sign Up on the website or in the app.
