How do I manually track workouts?

(Including walking or meditation for Lifestyle goals)

From the Health Dashboard screen, click on the “Activity” segment in the My Health Score wheel.  This will open up the Activity segment.
    1. Once here, you should see a button to “Log Workout.” Select by pressing the arrow to log your workout.  
    2. Search for your desired activity in the list of available activities or enter a “General Workout Session” if one of the options might not apply.  
    3. Enter the required data points (note that only data points with an * are required) and press “Save and Continue”
