If I order alcohol or tobacco, is it handled differently?

If you order alcohol, you will be required to show a valid government-issued ID when we deliver to your home or business or when you pick up your groceries at our curbside service.  In our New Mexico locations, per the New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Department policies, please be prepared to step inside our store to verify your ID for curbside delivery of alcohol purchases. Individuals taking possession of tobacco products must be at least 18 years of age and individuals taking possession of alcohol must be at least 21 years of age – no exceptions. Due to state ordinances, we are unable to deliver alcohol in New Mexico at this time.
