To protect the personal health information in one’s Sincerely Health account, like medication and immunization history, health goals and progress as well as nutritional preferences, we require everyone to create an individual, HIPAA secured account separate from their Grocery Rewards account. Only you can access your Sincerely Health account compared to your grocery rewards account, which can be shared with other members of your household, like your partner or dependents.
